Does HT Employee Monitor work with Windows 7?Yes. HT Employee Monitor is compatible with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000. How can I block Facebook with your software?1. On Controls menu click Block Websites.  2. Select the Facebook checkbox and click Apply.  How can I block a website with Employee Monitor?1. On Controls menu click Block Websites. 2. Click the Add button near the Banned Websites list.  3. Enter an URL or a keyword, then click OK.  4. Click Apply to save your changes. How to set up program on whitelist mode1. On Controls menu click Block Websites. 2. Click the Add button near the Allowed Websites list.  3. Enter an URL or keyword, then click OK.  4. Make your list of allowed websites. 5. Check the Only allow the website listed above checkbox. 6. When finished, click Apply. How to set up log reporting via email1. On the Options menu click E-mail Log Delivery Settings.  2. Check Send Logs via Email.  3. In the Send to field type the email address where you want to send the reports. 4. In the Send every x hours field type the interval how often you want to receive the report. 5. Select activities you want to receive. 6. When finished, click Apply. 7. To test email reporting click the Send Test Report button. How to set up log reporting via SMTP server1. On the Options menu click E-mail Log Delivery Settings. 2. Check Send Logs via Email.  3. In the Send to field type the email address where you want to send the reports. 4. In the Send Email through scroll box select Custom SMTP Server. 5. In the Host field type your SMTP server name. 6. In the Port field type your SMTP server port. 7. Specify your remaining SMTP account details (Username, Password). 8. In the Send every x hours field type the interval how often you want to receive logs. 9. Select activities you want to receive. 10. When finished, click Apply. 11. To test SMTP reporting click the Send Test Report button. Can Employee Monitor block websites in Google Chrome?Yes. Employee Monitor allows you to block websites in all browsers (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari). How can I configure many computers? Have you an import/export feature?Yes. Once configure HT Employee Monitor on one computer, when just export your settings and import them to configure HT Employee Monitor on many computers. Can your program monitor several computer users at one PC?Yes. HT Employee Monitor can record and control each user depending on your setup. Can Hidetools monitor other languages except English, Spanish, for example?HT Employee Monitor can work and record computer activities in many languages. For example: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, etc. Does your Employee Monitor read our computer activity logs? What about privacy?Hidetools has no access to information stored in the Software. This information is not stored on our servers, but transmitted via email or other Internet protocol to the address provided by you. No personal information is being transmitted to us. Software does not collect any technical information from your system other than the information required for the software successful operation. Hidetools may transfers only information relating to the Software registration. Your private information is safe with us. May antivirus or firewall block HT Employee Monitor?The antivirus or firewall software might conflict with Hidetools, and block sending logs via email or SMTP server. We recommend you to add the program to the exception list. If you don’t know how to do it please contact our support for help. Why Employee Monitor is no longer responding to my hotkeys?It might be happened if the program is not configured to run automatically on Windows startup. In this case, press Windows key + R (open the run dialog box) type ‘monitor’, and click OK. Configure startup settings to avoid such problem. |
