How do I order your software?

Please visit our order page. Select the program you need and purchase it online. You can choose the most suitable method of payment. Are prices for your software a one-time purchase or are they annual?

The prices are one-time purchase. Once you have bought the license key and it doesn't have expiry date. You can use our software as long as you need with free updates.

Is your update free or not?

You can update our program absolutely free. We provide Free lifetime updates for our customers.

Do you accept check by phone?

How many computers can one license be used on?

One license key can use on one computer only. However, we provide great volume discount prices for each program.

How soon can I get my license key after placing the order?

In most cases you will receive your license key in a few minutes 7/24 . However, some methods of payment like bank/wire transfer require more time and you receive the license as soon as the transfer will be delivered to our bank.

What is if a computer is damaged/replaced? Can I move the license key to another computer?

Yes, you can move it. Your license is not tied to a computer. You can reuse it. Before using the program on another computer please uninstall it from the old one.
